2025 Season (Junior) - In his second and final season with the Bucs, Howard played in all 12 games and made 11 starts along the defensive line...He finished the 2025 campaign with 27 tackles (4.5 for loss), one sack, and one quarterback hurry...Finished with a season-high six tackles against Mercer on September 27...Tallied at least one tackle in 11 of the 12 games in 2025...Picked up his lone sack of the season on September 20 against Elon. 

2024 Season (Sophomore) - During his first season in Johnson City, Howard played in all 12 games...He made his ETSU debut in the season opener at Appalachian State on August 31...Tallied at least one tackle in all 12 games...Finished the season with 22 tackles (two for loss), one sack, and one quarterback hurry...Had a season-high four tackles in back-to-back games against Mercer and Western Carolina...Picked up a 0.5 sack against Samford and Western Carolina...Forced a fumble against Elon on September 21...Hurried the quarterback in his Buc debut against App State. 

Prior to ETSU - Transferring from Georgia Military College...Played in 11 games in 2023...Recorded 30 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and six sacks...Season-high eight tackles with four tackles for loss and two sacks against Lackawanna College...Had sacks in three straight games from Sept. 30 to Oct. 21...Posted tackles in 10 of his 11 games played, including multiple tackles in seven games.
