2011 Season: Saw action in 30 games including seven starts at second base for the Bucs...Hit .316 with six hits and three RBIs on the season...Had a two-hit game against Jacksonville (3/19)...Also had an RBI hit against Campbell (5/14)...Received Atlantic Sun All-Academic honors.
 
High School: A four–year letter winner from Science Hill High School where he played for head coach Ryan Edwards … hit .420 as a senior, driving in 21 runs on 12 doubles and 3 home runs … earned Super 22 Second-Team, as well as first-team All-Conference in 2010 … played football for the Hilltoppers from 2007-2009.
 
Personal: Born on July, 16, 1991 … plans to major in exercise science … son of Joseph and Paula McPherson.
