JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 7, 2026) – East Tennessee State University Athletics, in partnership with the ETSU Office of Military and Veteran Services, is proud to announce a new complimentary ticket program for veterans for the 2026-27 athletics season as part of ETSU's America 250 celebrations.
Through funding provided by the ETSU Office of Military and Veteran Services, eligible veterans may receive up to four (4) complimentary tickets to ETSU home athletic events by presenting a valid military ID at the ticket window on game day.
The program will provide 2,000 complimentary tickets across ETSU's five ticketed sports and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Ticket allocations include:
- Football: 1,000 tickets (Green & Bronze seating)
- Men's Basketball: 400 tickets (Upper Baseline)
- Baseball: 400 general admission tickets
- Volleyball: 100 general admission tickets
- Women's Basketball: 100 general admission tickets
Veterans may claim up to four (4) complimentary tickets per home event. Any additional tickets for the same event must be purchased at the regular ticket price.
There is no annual limit on participation, allowing eligible veterans to take advantage of the program throughout the year, subject to ticket availability.
The complimentary tickets must be claimed in person at the venue ticket window on the day of the event by presenting a valid military ID. Tickets cannot be reserved or claimed in advance and are available only while supplies last.
