WEST COLUMBIA, S.C. - The East Tennessee State men's golf program opens postseason play at the 2026 Southern Conference Championship at the Solina Golf Club over April 27-29.
The Bucs have won the last five team titles and look towards their sixth to extend as the current winningest program in the conference.

- Gavin Tiernan shot 203(-7) with two rounds of three-under par, registering eagles in both rounds, for a T-4th place finish among the nation's best.
- Richard Saunders wrapped play at 212(+2) with round totals of 71, 73 and 68.
- The Bucs concluded action at ninth overall with a team score of 842(+2)

2024-25 SEASON
- ETSU men's golf secured the program's fifth consecutive Southern Conference Tournament title in the 2024-25 season, and the first for O'Callaghan as head coach.
- The squad advanced to the 2025 NCAA Reno Regional where they finished ninth overall.
- Kristian Bressum, Yannick Malik and Joshua Pritchett were tabbed as Cobalt Golf Academic All-Americans following the season.
- Kristian Bressum led the program through the entirety of the season, collecting three SoCon Golfer of the Week honors and earning the SoCon Player of the Year award. Bressum finished 21st overall at the Reno Regional (218, +7) after finishing fifth overall at the SoCon Championship (209, -7).
- Yannick Malik was the top finisher for the Bucs at the SoCon Championships, finishing second overall with a score of 207 (-9). Previously in the season, Malik recorded a career-best outing of 61 (-11) at The Virginian.
- Gavin Tiernan represented Ireland in the 2025 Walker Cup, where he out-scored American Michael La Sasso as a 2&1 winner.
