Men’s Tennis returns to action at Eastern Kentucky

Bucs look to get into the win column for first time in 2026

RICHMOND, Ky. (Jan. 12, 2026) – The ETSU men's tennis team will return to action on Tuesday afternoon when it visits Eastern Kentucky for a non-conference matchup. First serve between the Buccaneers and Colonels is set for 2 p.m.

ETSU, which is 0-3 so far this season, has faced a tough schedule so far in 2026. The Bucs dropped a pair of matches to Tennessee, who was receiving votes in the national poll, and Wake Forest.

Eastern Kentucky, meanwhile, will be making its 2026 debut on Tuesday. In 2025, the Colonels compiled a record of 9-17 and a 2-6 mark in Atlantic Sun play.

Tuesday will be the 23rd all-time meeting between ETSU and EKU. The Buccaneers have a 14-8 edge in the series with the last of those matchups coming in 1998.
