GREENSBORO, N.C. (March 8, 2025) – The ETSU men's tennis team began conference play with a 7-0 shutout victory on the road at UNC Greensboro on Saturday afternoon. Saturday's win over the Spartans not only boosted the Bucs' record to 6-4 but also extended ETSU's winning streak to 16 against SoCon opponents.
The Bucs, who have now won five straight matches since starting the season with a 1-4 record, were dominant in both singles and doubles on Saturday. ETSU came away with wins in all three doubles contests and all six singles matches as well. It is ETSU's first 7-0 shutout since defeating UNCG by the same score on March 12, 2023.
