LAHAINA, Maui - The East Tennessee State men's golf program closes out the fall competition slate at the Ka'anapali Classic by OUTRIGGER hosted by Hawai'i over October 27-29 at the Ka'anapali Golf Club Royal Ka'anapali Couse.

The teams in the field include Hawai?i, Boise State, Colorado, CSUN, East Tennessee State, Florida Gulf Coast, Georgia, Gonzaga, Indiana, Kansas, North Florida, Oklahoma, Sacramento State, San Jose State, Southern Illinois, TCU, UConn, UC Irvine and Wyoming.

LAST TIME OUT (TRINITY FOREST INVITATIONAL)
- Oli Blackadder, the freshman, boasted the best round of the tournament for the Bucs, shooting five-under in the second round. Blackadder continued on though the tournament as the top individual for ETSU, collecting an overall score of 212(-4).
- Yannick Malik, the senior, followed Blackadder's efforts with a 69(-3) second round and 72(E) first round to finish 215(-1).
- The Bucs finished ninth overall in the tournament.
2024-25 SEASON
- ETSU men's golf secured the program's fifth consecutive Southern Conference Tournament title in the 2024-25 season, and the first for O'Callaghan as head coach.
- The squad advanced to the 2025 NCAA Reno Regional where they finished ninth overall.
- Kristian Bressum, Yannick Malik and Joshua Pritchett were tabbed as Cobalt Golf Academic All-Americans following the season.
- Kristian Bressum led the program through the entirety of the season, collecting three SoCon Golfer of the Week honors and earning the SoCon Player of the Year award. Bressum finished 21st overall at the Reno Regional (218, +7) after finishing fifth overall at the SoCon Championship (209, -7).
- Yannick Malik was the top finisher for the Bucs at the SoCon Championships, finishing second overall with a score of 207 (-9). Previously in the season, Malik recorded a career-best outing of 61 (-11) at The Virginian.
- Gavin Tiernan represented Ireland in the 2025 Walker Cup, where he out-scored American Michael La Sasso as a 2&1 winner.
