JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 1, 2024) – ETSU women's triathlon head coach
Allie Nicosia announced on Thursday the Buccaneers' 2024 fall schedule.
The Bucs will compete in five events this fall, starting with the third annual ETSU Aquathlon on Aug. 30 at the Basler Center for Physical Activity (CPA). The ETSU home event will begin at 5 p.m., which features a 500-yard swim and 2-mile run.
Following the home event, the Bucs make the trek to North Carolina for the Lake Davidson Sprint Triathlon, which is scheduled for 8 a.m. on Sept. 15. Two weeks later, on Sept. 29, the Blue & Gold close out the month in Chesterfield, Va., at the Robious Landing Triathlon.
ETSU makes its final tune up before the National Championship on Oct. 12 at the East Regional Qualifier, held at Lake Norman State Park in Troutman, N.C. The National Championship returns to Lake Louisa State Park in Clermont, Fla. on Nov. 9, marking the first time since 2015 when the inaugural championship was held.
