HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (April 13, 2024) – Making its second trip to Moss Creek Golf Club this season, the ETSU women's golf team hopes for the same result as the first time. The Bucs, who won on this course last month at the Low Country Intercollegiate, begin play at the Southern Conference Championship from the same venue on Sunday morning.

· Six teams are ranked in the top 150 of the Scoreboard powered by Clippd rankings: No. 62 Furman, No. 77 Chattanooga, No. 84 Mercer, No. 127 Samford, No. 135 ETSU and No. 143 Western Carolina
· Furman has won the last two SoCon titles, while ETSU captured the crown in 2021 –marking the Bucs' first-ever SoCon championship
· While playing at Moss Creek last month, the Bucs defeated Samford, Western Carolina, UNCG, Wofford and the Citadel
· Last week, ETSU finished sixth at the Chattanooga Classic, where the Blue & Gold were 10 shots better than Chattanooga
