BOCA RATON, Fla. (March 14, 2024) – The ETSU men's tennis team battled but fell on the road at No. 46 FAU on Thursday night. The loss, which wraps up the non-conference schedule for ETSU, moves ETSU's record to 4-9 on the 2024 season.
While the Owls won all three doubles matches on Thursday, the Bucs were in all three. Two of the matches had final scores of 7-5, while the third was pushed to a tiebreaker.
In singles,
Dimitri Badra and
Alberto Garcia both picked up singles victories for the second consecutive match. Badra won his tilt 6-4, 6-1 and Garcia won his 2-6, 6-2, 6-2.
