NASHVILLE, Tenn.  (Feb. 3, 2024) – The ETSU men's tennis team picked up its second consecutive win on Saturday as it defeated Belmont by a score of 5-2. With Saturday's victory, the Buccaneers get their record back to the .500 mark on the season at 3-3.  
 
ETSU won a pair of doubles matches to begin Saturday's action. The duo of Milledge Cossu and Adam Nagoudi won their tilt by a score of 6-4 before Dimitri Badra and Francisco Lamas clinched the doubles point for the Bucs with a 6-3 win.
 
In singles, the Bucs went 4-2 on the day. Badra's three-set win out of the No. 1 singles spot was the match clincher for the Bucs. On top of Badra's singles win, Pedro Cressoni, Alberto Garcia and Lamas also picked up individual wins against the Bruins.

ETSU will aim for its third win in a row next Friday when it heads south to take on UNC Asheville. First serve between the Bucs and Bulldogs is set for 3 p.m.
