KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 22, 2024) – East Tennessee State University women's golf completed the Mercedes Benz Collegiate in Knoxville on Tuesday.

Alex Crafton built off her strong second round to post a 6-over score for the tournament to finish 21st as an individual and lead the Bucs. Sophomore
Brianna Castaldi finished 8-over, and the Bucs wrapped up the tournament 12th as a team.
Campbell's Mira Berglund won the individual competition with a three-day score of 6-under. Only her teammate, Alicia Olsson (3-under) and Chattanooga's Violeta Fernandez (1-under) posted scores under par for the tournament.. Miami won the team competition after shooting 10-over. Campbell and host Tennessee tied for second at 15-over.
The conclusion of the Mercedes Benz Collegiate marks the end of ETSU women's golf's fall season. The Bucs return in February at the UNCG/ACCP Invitational from Feb. 9-11 in Palm City, Fla.
