Rachel Schott (she/her) is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program at ETSU. She joined ETSU Athletics in July 2025 as a psychology extern with the Institute for Integrated Behavioral Health. Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree from Albion College in 2016, double majoring in art and psychology, and she recently completed her master’s degree in clinical psychology at ETSU.
 
Rachel has several years of clinical experience and previously served as the clinical coordinator for the Behavioral Health and Wellness Clinic on ETSU’s campus. Her clinical interests include providing support for marginalized populations, and her research focuses on health disparities, cisheteronormativity, and stigma within fitness/athletic environments.
