2021 Track & Field: Ran in four meets in the 2021 season...opened with a second place finish in the 60m with a 7.62s finish at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 23)...placed second with a 7.56s time in the 60m and sixth in the 200m with a time of 25.13s at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invite (Feb. 12-13)...became the second Buccaneer to record wins in both the 60m and 200m dash at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-28), recording a time of 7.43s in the 60m dash and a 24.37s time at the 200m, also running a leg in the 4x400m relay...earned 2021 Indoor Track and Field Most Outstanding Athlete and Most Outstanding Track Performer by scoring 22 points in the Championships...ran her lone outdoor race at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), finishing 12th in the 100m with a 12.50s finish.

2020 Track & Field*: Began her Buccaneer career at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) in the 400m run with a time of 61.75…competed at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan 25) in the 400m run with a time of 61.22 and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:10.86…competed at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Jan 31-Feb 1) in the 60m dash and 200m dash with times of 7.53 and 25.59…scored at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1), receiving the title as fastest woman in the SoCon with a time of 7.40s in the 60m dash to place first while receiving a bronze in the 200m dash with a time of 24.56…set a conference and school record with her time in the 60m dash at the SoCon Indoors...named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team...selected to the Southern Conference All-Freshman Team...member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll.

Prior to ETSU: Sprinted at Tyner Academy in Chattanooga prior to ETSU, becoming a state champion in the 100m dash with a time of 12.13 in 2018 ... Was a runner up in the 200m in 2018 ... Finished fifth place in the 100m as a freshman at the 2015 TSSAA state championships before earning a second place finish in 2016 ... Finished fifth at the state meet in the 200m event in 2016 ... Also set the 60m dash record at the Vanderbilt HS Invitational with a 7.61 finish ... Her personal records include a 7.57 in the 60m, a 11.96 in the 100m and a 24.92 in the 200m.

Personal: Born on Dec. 23, 1999 ... from Chattanooga, Tenn. … Daughter of Keith Johnson and Valencia Monique Saxton … Her cousin, Mykeah Johnson, was a four-year member of the ETSU softball team from 2014-17 and holds the school record for walks in a season (41), which she set during the 2017 SoCon Championship season  … Anticipated major for Nicole is nursing.
