2021 Track & Field: Competed in eight meets in the 2021 season...just finished outside of a placement position in the pentathlon with a ninth place finish of 2,578 points at the Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 27-28)...opened the outdoor season with a fourth place finish in the 400m hurdles and a seventh place finish in the heptathlon with 3,441 points at the Charlotte 49er Classic (March 19-20)...finished with a PR in the 100mH with a time of 17.07s at the UAB Spring Invitational...set PRs in the 400 (58.31s), the long jump (5.21m) and the javelin (24.02m) at the Catamount Classic (April 16-17)...placed second in the 400mH with a personal best time of 1:02.41 at the Southern Conference Outdoor Championships (May 1-2), also running in scoring legs in the third place 4x400m relay team and the sixth place 4x100m relay team…named to the SoCon Honor Roll and the SoCon All-Academic Team.

2020 Track & Field*: Setup her season at the 2020 ETSU Track and Field Invitational (Jan. 10-11) by competing in the 800m dash with a time of 2:34.57 and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time 4:03.11…competed at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan 25) in the 200m dash with a time of 26.70, the 60m dash with a time of 8.02 and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:10.86…competed at the Buccaneer Track and Field Invitational (Jan 31-Feb 1) in the 200m dash and 400m run with times of 26.31 and 60.19 and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:54.24…competed at the Darius Dixon Invite (Feb 14-15) in the 400m run with a time of 59.73 and was a member of the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:59.10…scored at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 29-Mar 1) in the 4x400 relay placing sixth with a time of 3:57.36 and placed ninth in the 400m run with a time of 59.87…member of the 2019-20 SoCon Honor Roll...earned a spot on the SoCon Spring All-Academic Team...recipient of the SoCon Commissioner’s Medal.

2019 Track & Field: Competed in four indoor meets over the course of the campaign…a regular on the 4x400m relay team both indoor and outdoor…placed seventh in the SoCon Outdoor Championships (April 27-28) in the 400m hurdle prelims, matching her place in the finals to score for the Bucs while setting a PR in the event with a time of 1:06.37…earned a spot on the SoCon Honor Roll…made an appearance on the Outdoor All-Freshman Team.

Prior to ETSU: Came to ETSU as a local product from nearby Dobyns-Bennett High School in Kingsport, Tennessee … Was a multi-sport athlete at DB, lettering both as a sprinter on the track team for head coach Bob Bingham and a point guard for the basketball team for head coach Bill Francis … Ran in three state meets on three different relay in three separate years, including the 4x800, 4x100 and the 4x400 as an anchor … Won two conference meets in 2017 and 2018 on the 4x400 relay while placing runner up twice in the 100m at conference meets … Captain of the basketball team her senior season.

Personal: Born on June 14, 2000 ... from Kingsport, Tenn. … Daughter of Timothy and Rhonda Griffith … Anticipated major is pre-physical therapy.
