2024 Cross Country - Townsell appeared in all six races for the Bucs in 2024...Her top outing in terms of finish came on September 20 at the Hokie Invitational where she placed 18th...Set new personal-best times in both 5K and 6K races in 2024...Her top 6K time came in Roanoke with a time of 22:56.6...Put together her best 5K time at the SoCon Cross Country Championships clocking in at 19:07.0, which ranked 50th in the field...Also ran for the Bucs at the NCAA South Regional Championships and finished 193rd with a time of 23:56.3.

2022 Cross Country - Named to SoCon Honor Roll ... Competed in five meets during her true freshman season for the Bucs ... Began her collegiate career at the Eye Opener XC Festival (Sep.2) with a time of 20:45.1 in the 5K ... Improved upon this performance at the Louisville Classic (Oct.1), setting a personal best in the 5K with a time of 19:39.2 ... Set another career best, this time in the 6K at the VertCross Invitational (Oct.14), running to a time of 24:06.8.

Prior to ETSU - Lettered in cross country and track and field at Collaborative College for Technology and Leadership ... North Piedmont Conference Champion (Cross Country 2020), North Piedmont Conference Champion(1600 & 3200 in Track), Conference runner of the year 2020 in both track and cross country.
