RALEIGH, N.C. (Oct. 11, 2024) – The ETSU triathlon team will return to action this Saturday with the East Regional Qualifier from Raleigh, N.C. Overall, seven Bucs will be competing on Saturday and the action will begin at Noon.

The seven Buccaneers that will compete this weekend are Abby Church, Sarah Plant, Taylor Walker, Emily Coonce, Delaney Hammill, Mia Remorca and Julia Visgueiro.

So far in 2024, the Bucs have fared well notching three straight podium finishes and two team victories. ETSU won the ETSU Aquathlon and the Robious Landing Triathlon. The Bucs placed third at the Lake Davidson Spring Triathlon. Individually, Visgueiro have paced the Blue & Gold in all three races this season finishing first, second and first in her first three collegiate races.
