Women's tennis has good showing at separate tourneys
Friday, September 23, 2005 RALEIGH, N.C. (September 23, 2005) - The ETSU women's tennis team had a productive day of competition, splitting the team up and playing in the first rounds of the Residence Inn North Wolfpack Invitational hosted by North Carolina State, as well as Steve Baras Fall Tennis Classic hosted by Chattanooga. "I'm happy we were able to play strong competition to see where we are at," said head women's tennis coach Steve Brooks. "We played tough matches today and we have tough ones tomorrow, but we are fighting right along with the best in the region."
