Women's Tennis Defeats Western Carolina, 9-0

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. - The women's tennis team defeated Western Carolina, 7-0, in Cullowhee, N.C.

The win was the third consecutive victory for the Bucs. ETSU (10-4, 4-1 Southern Conference) swept all the singles and doubles matches.

The Bucs will return to action on April 15 at 10 a.m. against Chattanooga on ETSU's outdoor tennis courts.

5. Eglantine Vitse (ETSU) def. Laura Collier (WCU) 6-1, 6-0
6. Cara Prupas (ETSU) won by default

1. Iida/Inoue (ETSU) def. Wicklund/Fitzpatrick (WCU) 8-1
2. Edwards/Vega (ETSU) def. Munse/King (WCU) 8-0
3. Vitse/Prupas (ETSU) won by default
