            JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 9, 2005) -  Callie Kiselich (Colorado Springs, Colo.) connected on a team-high 13 kills, and Sarah Buhr (Stockton, Calif.) contributed 12 of her own, as the East Tennessee State volleyball team shutout North Carolina A&T, 3-0 (30-24, 30-17, 30-27), Sunday afternoon in Brooks Gym.  The win extends the Lady Bucs win streak to seven, and they improve to 13-5 for the season.

            The Lady Bucs overcame a sluggish start in game one, rallying from six points down at 15-9 to claim the 30-24 decision.  Jennifer Sartor (Toronto, Canada) paced ETSU with four kills in the game, followed by Kiselich and Buhr with three kills apiece.  Buhr also addead a team-high six digs in the opening frame.  With game one tied at 23, the Lady Bucs assumed control, closing out the game with a 7-1 run with kills from Sartor and Michelle Mislan (Indianapolis, Ind.).  Mislan also added a service ace during the run.

            Buhr ended the match with 12 digs to match her 12 kills.  She was followed in the kill department by Sartor with eight and Sara Scandiffio (Purcelliville, Va.) with seven.  Jennifer Emerson (Santa Clara, Calif.) was the primary setter for the Lady Bucs, finishing with a match-high 29 assists.

            Kiselich led ETSU with a .500 hitting percentage, followed by Scandiffio at .312 and Buhr's .276.

            Darlene Mitchell led the Aggies with a match-high 15 kills, while Brendan Chatman added 25 assists.  Lauren Walker led all defenders with 17 digs..

            The Lady Bucs look to take the win streak to eight on Tuesday evening, taking on Western Carolina, at 7 p.m., in Brooks Gym.
