JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (November 16, 2005) - Junior Jennifer Sartor (Toronto, Ontario) has been named to the All-Conference second team, announced by the Atlantic Sun offices on Thursday.  Sartor is the leading hitter for the Lady Bucs (18-13, 3-6 A-Sun), who will face Belmont in the first round of tomorrow's A-Sun tournament.

           

The junior leads the team with 3.28 kills per game.  Her .267 hitting percentage is the third best on the squad.  She also belted a season-high 18 kills against Lipscomb and a season-best 20 digs in the win over Radford.  In the A-Sun, Sartor ranked seventh in kills per game, and sixth in points per frame with 4.03.

           

Sartor is also the team's leading blocker, with 110 total stops on the year.  She's totaled 18 block solos and 92 block assists on the year, for a team-high 0.94 block per game average.  In total, she has managed 384 kills, 276 digs, and 24 service aces on the season. 

           

Sartor and the Lady Bucs play at 1:30 CDT tomorrow afternoon, in Nashville, Tenn.  The winner of the ETSU/Belmont matchup will play second-seeded Jacksonville on Friday evening.
