(Oct. 6, 2004) - The Lady Bucs volleyball squad hosted in-state rival Chattanooga tonight at Brooks Gymnasium losing to the Lady Mocs in five (23-30, 27-30, 30-25, 30-23, 9-15). With the loss, ETSU drops to 2-13, 1-4 in Southern Conference competition, while UTC improves to 3-12, and a 1-4 SoCon record. Leading the way for ETSU was freshman Callie Kiselich (Colorado Springs, Co.) who posted 18 kills hitting .255 for the night, while Lindsey Galloway paced the Lady Mocs with 13 kills and 15 digs for the match.

After battling back from two games down, ETSU fell behind 7-4 in game five never able to regain momentum to the Lady Mocs offense. UTC managed the 15-9 win taking the match 3-2.
