ETSU softball sweeps Virginia Intermont
Amanda Haverman had three home runs in game two of the doubleheader. Friday, October 05, 2007 The Bucs jumped out to an early lead scoring four runs in the bottom of the first and never looked back. Haverman went 2-2 with a walkand scored three runs, while freshman Katie Henderson ( In game two the Bucs run ruled Virginia Intermont 9-1. The Bucs had 13 hits in the game as Haverman went 3-3 with three home runs and six RBI. The Bucs again jumped out to an early 3-0 lead as Haverman sent a ball way over the left field fence for a two-run homerun. In the third inning Haverman stuck again this time with a three-run homerun, and in the fifth inning she led off with a solo shot that was a no doubter as it left the bat.
