JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 19, 2012) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and representatives of the Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame will be present Monday night to congratulate the Buccaneers’ longtime track and field/cross country head coach Dave Walker for being selected as a 2012 inductee into the TSHA.

BOONE, N.C. (Oct. 14, 2011) – Making its final tune-up before the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, the ETSU men’s cross country team turned in a respectable sixth-place finish on Friday evening at the Blue Ridge Open in Boone, N.C.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Oct. 1, 2011) – Competing in the largest cross country meet in the south region, freshman Filip Jalovy (Modrice, Czech Republic) led the Bucs across the finish line, as the rookie finished 56th overall at the 10th annual Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday afternoon.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2011) – For the first time this cross country season, the ETSU men’s and women’s cross country teams will compete outside of the state of North Carolina as the Bucs head north to compete in the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday morning.

(Sept. 16, 2011) – A pair of newcomers led the way for the ETSU men’s and women’s cross country teams as sophomore Anders Ludvigsen (Odense, Denmark) and freshman Isabelle Grosskopff (Telgte, Germany) were the first Buccaneer runners to cross the finish line on Friday evening at the Mountaineer Open.
