ETSU to host first round game in November  

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (May 26, 2011) - For the second time in program history, the ETSU women's basketball team will play in the Preseason WNIT, as the committee members announced its 16-team field on Wednesday afternoon.

ETSU, who appeared in the 2007 Preseason WNIT, will begin the tournament with a home game on Friday, Nov. 11. The Lady Bucs' opponent has yet to be determined.

The field features two top-10 teams as Baylor (No. 5) and Notre Dame (No. 2) join the likes of Akron, Chattanooga, Detroit, Drexel, Hartford, Howard, Indiana State, Long Island, Manhattan, McNeese State, Tennessee Tech, UAB, and UCLA.

The Preseason WNIT pairings will be released in June.
