MACON, Ga. (March 23, 2011) - With her fourth place finish at the John Kirk/Lady Panther Intercollegiate and a tournament best 6-under-par 66 in the third round of that same event, the Atlantic Sun Conference announced Wednesday that ETSU senior Nina Muehl (Vienna, Austria) has been selected as the league's Golfer of the Week.

Muehl, who has received the A-Sun GOTW honor three times this spring, has enjoyed three straight Top Four showings in tournament action. In addition, she has now posted three sub-70 rounds and eight rounds of par or better this season.

The Bucs' senior leader and business management major has lived up to expectations this spring. After earning a berth in the NCAA Championships last season, Muehl currently leads the team with a 74.4 stroke average this year.

Muehl and the rest of the Buccaneers will return to action April 1 in the Rebel Intercollegiate hosted by Ole Miss. For more on ETSU women's golf, visit ETSUBucs.com and click on the women's golf link.
