MACON, Ga. (March 2, 2011) - A day after setting a personal best and school record for three-round score, senior Nina Muehl (Vienna, Austria) has been named the Atlantic Sun Conference Golfer of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday.

Muehl, who carded a final round score of 4-under-par 68 and tied for first place at the Sir Pizza Cards Challenge in Miami, Fla., finished that event with a three-round score of 4-under-par 212 (73-71-68). She broke her own ETSU record, which she set after posting a 3-under-par 213 last May in the NCAA East Regional.

The ETSU women finished ninth in that event, ahead of programs such as South Florida, Cincinnati, Mississippi State, Kansas State and UNC-Wilmington.

The Buccaneers will return to action at the Myrtle Beach Invitational March 6. For more on ETSU women's golf, visit ETSUBucs.com and click on the women's golf link.
