Women's tennis closes out fall tournament play

MT. PLEASANT, S.C. (Oct. 30, 2010) - The ETSU women's tennis team closed out fall tournament play with two victories at the College of Charleston Tournament of Champions on Saturday afternoon.
Freshman Giulia Andreazza (Balneario Camboriu, Brazil) closed out tournament play with a strong showing on Saturday as she defeated Jessica Gardefjord of Armstrong Atlantic 7-5, 6-4. After earning a victory yesterday, Andreazza finished her first fall campaign with a solid 10-5 mark.
Tara Sheets (Gate City, Va.) and Andra Voinea (Brasov, Romania) teamed up to earn a doubles victory over the South Carolina State duo of Bosneay and James 8-6.
The Bucs will return to action in the spring for dual play.
