Friday, February 05, 2010

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Feb. 5, 2010) - Inclement weather hasn't damped the spirits of the ETSU baseball team as the Bucs closed out its first full week of practices yesterday.

The Bucs were able to get outdoors for a team intersquad as they continue preparations for the 2010 season opener. The team has been working non-stop since the first full-squad practice on Jan. 29 going through several hitting and fielding sessions.

The '10 season begins on Feb. 19 as the Bucs will face The Citadel in the The Citadel Memorial Challenge at Joseph P. Riley Jr. Park in Charleston, S.C.
