Ingram, James claim Atlantic Sun Athlete of the Week honors

Junior sprinters kick off 2009-10 season with a bang at Appalachian State Invitational
James set a provisional mark in the season debut - clocking in the fastest time in the 55m hurdles at 7.35. Even after the altitude adjustment James' time still held as a provisional mark, sitting at 7.37. The Criminal Justice major also ran a leg in the men's 4x400m relay, which finished second with a time of 3:22.94. In addition, this marks the first time James has captured Athlete of the Week honors.

The ETSU men's and women's track and field team returns to action on Friday, Jan. 8, when the Bucs compete at Clemson.
