JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Feb. 12, 2008) -  The ETSU Ticket Office announced Tuesday that it is now offering season passes and various ticket packs for the 2008 Bucs Baseball Season, which gets underway later this month. You can be a part of all the excitement by purchasing your season pass, or a special ticket pack today.

This season's home slate provides several exciting in-state rivalries, including visits from Tennessee Tech, Austin Peay, and Tennessee. Out-of conference match-ups this year include Appalachian State, Western Carolina, Radford, North Carolina-Central, Maryland-Eastern Shore, and James Madison.  All of this is in addition to our normal slate of Atlantic Sun Conference foes which this year include USC-Upstate, North Florida, Mercer, Stetson, Gardner-Webb, and Belmont.

Fans can purchase a Full-Season Pass to all 31 home games for only $30.00 - less than $1.00 per game.

A new offering for the 08 season is the Weekender Pass.  Realizing fans may not want a full-season commitment on their tickets because of cost; or because they, or their children, may not be able to attend weekday games, you now can have your advanced tickets in-hand on your way to the park for all of our weekend series, for a fraction of the cost of a full-season pass only $20.00.

Also new this season are special seating packages for families and businesses, or fans who simply want to enjoy ETSU Baseball on a smaller scale.  Each of the following ticket packages are available for only $15.00:

  • The In-State Pack includes all ETSU games against in-state opponents. This year's slate will include the entire Belmont series, as well as big games with Austin Peay and Tennessee Tech. This $15.00 pack also secures you a ticket to the always exciting match-up with Tennessee, which is sure to sell-out.
  • The Family Pack consists of 4 tickets, and a coupon for 4 sodas and a box of popcorn.  This way, the entire family can enjoy an exciting Buccaneer game for only $15.00.
  • The Business Pack consists of 10 tickets, which will allow everyone at work to have a fun retreat from the hectic pace of the office. The tickets can also be used for the office, either by entertaining clients, or reserving the left field pavilion for a fun, alternative meeting room, all for $15.00.

Season Passes, or any of the ticket packages mentioned may be purchased by calling the ETSU Ticket Office at 423-439-3878.
