Johnson named A-Sun AOTW after setting new school mark in the 200
Junior Judy Johnson broke the ETSU record in the 200m over the weekend at Virginia Tech. Wednesday, February 27, 2008 MACON, Ga. (Feb. 27, 2008) - Junior sprinter Judy Johnson (Knoxville) prepped for her first-ever Atlantic Sun Indoor Track and Field Championship meet by setting a school record in the 200-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Challenge. On Wednesday, the conference office announced that she had won her first female Athlete of the Week award, the final award of the season. Johnson, a junior psychology major from The Atlantic Sun Conference is a 12-member league committed to Building Winners for Life, with a focus on academic and athletic integrity and a balance between the two for the student-athlete, and maintaining a high level of sportsmanship.
