DELAND, Fla. (April 1, 2007) - Fans can listen to all the action of ETSU's two critical conference softball games Sunday afternoon, courtesy of Stetson University, by visiting www.gohatters.com. First pitch of the doubleheader is slated for 12 p.m.

 

ETSU (16-18, 3-1) has won three of its first four conference games, and holds a one-game lead over Stetson for second-place in the Atlantic Sun standings. Sophomore Mary Catherine Vercoe (Signal Mountain, Tenn.) is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA (3 ER/14.0 IP) in her two starts against conference foes, while freshman slugger Katie Jett (Talbot, Tenn.) is hitting .500 (13-26) with four doubles, three home runs and 10 RBI in her last eight games.
