Lady Bucs finish 10th at Chrysler Challenge
Monday, February 26, 2007 DESTIN, It was a disappointing first event for the Buccaneers, who entered the spring season with high hopes after the most successful fall campaign in school history. The Bucs did get a solid performance from junior Natalia Giraldo (Cali, Colombia), who finished tied for 27th on the individual leaderboard, but the Bucs were well of the pace of team champion and host Florida State, which finished 24 strokes better than second place North Carolina. "We've got to use this tournament as a learning experience, get back home and get to work on correcting the problems we had this weekend," said ETSU head coach Stefanie Reynolds. "This team showed what it is capable of back in the fall. We need to get back to that confident style of play."
