Power leads Bucs during first day at PING Arizona Intercollegiate
Shaw Monday, January 29, 2007 TUCSON, Ariz. (Jan. 29, 2007) - Freshman Seamus Power (Waterford, Ireland) fired a 69 and 68 in the first two rounds of the PING Arizona Intercollegiate, finishing at 5-under-par and tied for 10th on the individual leaderboard as the ETSU men's golf team opened its spring schedule Monday at the Arizona National Golf Club. Power and junior Gareth Shaw ( "We had mixed results for our first day back," said ETSU head coach Fred Warren. "This is a little bit different course for us, but we got our season underway and team wise we're middle of the pack. It wasn't what we would have liked, but there were positives to build on."
