JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 6, 2005) - ETSU's Oscar Posada (Valencia, Venezuela) lost in the second round of the Ralph Lauren ITA All-America Championships Thursday afternoon at the University of Tulsa. 


In the first round, Posada defeated Marco Born of MTSU, 7-5, 6-4 to advance to the second round where he fell to Adam Holmstrom of Denver, 3-6, 6-1, 1-6. 

 

In qualifying action earlier this week, Felix Insaurralde (Asuncion, Paraguay) lost to Ryan Heller of Michigan, 7-5, 6-3, an eventual qualifier for the main draw. 

 

The Ralph Lauren ITA All-America Championships offers the first national titles of the 2005-06 season.
