GREENSBORO, NC -- The East Tennessee State Buccaneers defeated the UNC Greensboro Spartans, 3-1 (30-26, 27-30, 32-30, 30-28) in Southern Conference Volleyball action Saturday afternoon from Greensboro, N.C. The Spartans finish the regular season with six straight losses to end with a 2-29 record, which set a new school record for most losses in a season all-time. UNCG also finishes 2-18 in the SoCon. The Spartans started out quickly in game two, taking a 15-7 edge. ETSU cut the lead to four at 17-13, and stayed close the rest of the game, and came within two at 27-25.
