Lady Buc Basketball Signs Four for 2001-02 Season

Johnson City, Tenn. -- East Tennessee State University Lady Buc head basketball coach Karen Kemp today announced that shooting guard Ann Marie Gardner (Black Mountain, N.C.), forward Candace Gibson (Warner-Robbins, Ga.), forward Tiffani Mayes (Sumter, S.C.) and point guard Ashley Reed (Barrackville, W.V.) have signed National Letters of Intent to join the ETSU program.

We are very pleased with this recruiting class, Kemp said. I would like to commend Coach Reynolds, Coach Powell and Coach Davis on their recruiting efforts. I think this class has the potential to be the best class since I have been here.
