JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Jan. 26, 2011) - With heavy snowfall coming down in the Tri-Cities region, the ETSU women's basketball team is still scheduled to take on USC Upstate tonight inside the MSHA Athletic Center. Tip is set for 7 p.m.
