ETSU Women's Soccer to face Tennessee Wesleyan in home opener

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Aug. 29, 2010) - The ETSU women's soccer team is set to open the home season against Tennessee Wesleyan on Monday at 5 p.m. at Summers-Taylor Stadium.

The Bucs (1-0-1) are coming off of a 0-0 draw against Gardner-Webb in double overtime on the road. ETSU defeated UNC Asheville in the season opener 4-1. Senior Rachel Van Horn (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) leads the team with two goals on the young season.

This is the first meeting between ETSU and Tennessee Wesleyan. The Bulldogs (0-0-0) have yet to play a match in 2010.
