JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (June 4, 2009) -- The Buccaneer Soccer School for Girls Day Camp concluded on the ETSU campus Thursday, with over 30 youngsters completing the four-day camp.

Andy Stoots, ETSU women's soccer associate head coach and camp director, was pleased with the turnout and the excitement shown by each camper.

"It was a great way to start the summer and a lot of fun for both the young soccer players and the staff," Stoots said. "Now we'll turn our attention to our resident camp in July."

While spots are still available for commuter campers, the ETSU women's soccer staff announced Wednesday that it has closed registration for residential campers at the next Buccaneer Soccer School for Girls, which is scheduled for July 18-22 on the ETSU campus.

To register as a commuter, contact the ETSU women's soccer office at 423-439-4295. Cost for  commuters during the five-day camp is $275, and camp will last from 8:30 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. each night. Lunch and dinner will be provided for commuter campers on campus.
