Women's tennis team has good showing during first day of tourney

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (September 16, 2005)  -  In the first day of the ETSU Fall tournament, the Lady Bucs played strong as all seven on the team advanced in the winners brackets for action on Saturday. 

"With the rain delay today, we are just happy to get all the matches in," said women's head tennis coach Steve Brooks.  "I'm happy with the results of my team.  This is a good tournament to get rid of those first match jitters." 

ETSU accumulated ten wins on the day.  Results are listed below.
