Moore led the Bucs to a 3-1 record last week, with a win over Tennessee Tech on Wednesday and two victories against SoCon rival Wofford this past weekend. Moore was dominant over the four games, hitting .563 (9-for-16) with eight runs scored, four doubles, two home runs and 13 RBIs. Both of his home runs this week were grand slams, one against Tennessee Tech and one in ETSU's first game against Wofford.
Wednesday against the Golden Eagles, Caleb went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and five RBIs. In the first game of the Wofford series Moore was 4-for-5 with two runs scored and six RBIs. Caleb had a tremendous all-around game Sunday against Wofford, going 3-for-4 with four runs scored and two RBIs. He also pitched the final 3.2 innings, allowing just one baserunner and striking out five for his eighth save of the season.
Moore also had the 200th hit of his ETSU career against Wofford on Friday, only the second player to accomplish the feat in school history. It was the second accolade of the week for Moore, as he set the ETSU career RBI record (148) Wednesday against Tennessee Tech.
For the season, Moore is hitting .361 with 32 runs scored, 13 doubles, 10 homers and 51 RBIs. On the mound, he is 4-0 with a 2.08 ERA and eight saves.
