(Sept. 29, 2004) - The East Tennessee State athletic department unveiled their redesigned athletic department website, www.ETSUBucs.com, Wednesday morning. The website has undergone several changes in order to become more informative to Buccaneer fans as well as the local community and others with interest in ETSU Athletics.

            New additions to the site include a monthly sports calendar, interactive polls and a link to live broadcasts of the Mountain States Buccaneer Sports Network. Fans can also sign up for an e-mail newsletter, providing the latest news on all of your favorite ETSU sports.

            Several more changes will be taking place in the near future as online ticketing and merchandise sales will be added to the website.

            "I am very impressed with the improvements to our web site because it will allow our fans to get new information about our teams and access new features to involve them in our programs," said ETSU Director of Athletics Dave Mullins. "The design and graphics are as good as any web sites I've seen and the interactive features will allow our fans to do things like order tickets and merchandise they've not had available before. We get tremendous use of our website already; this should just increase interest in accessing it."
