"I am so proud of Heidi as a student-athlete, individual, and runner who was selected this week for the NCAA championships," Stanton said.  "She has performed in stellar fashion on the track this season, and tomorrow, in College Station, Texas, she will represent ETSU and the Buccaneer track and field team in the mile.  I applaud Heidi for this well-deserved honor and wish her the very best in this national competition!"
