JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 15, 2007) - The past week has been very rewarding for assistant track and field coach Meg Stone . On Thursday, Stone was one of four recipients to receive the first-ever "Legend in the Field of Strength and Conditioning" award, which was voted on by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches association (CSCCa), and over the weekend she helped guide the ETSU men to the 2007 Atlantic Sun Outdoor Track and Field Championship, marking the first outdoor title in school history....

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (May 12, 2007) - In February the ETSU men's track field team proved to its Atlantic Sun competitors how strong of a force they can be when they won the indoor conference title, and four months later they repeated the task, claiming the 2007 A-Sun Outdoor title Saturday evening at the Liberty Bell Track. The win gives ETSU its eighth team championship during the 2006-07 season, marking the most titles won in school history for one athletic year....

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (February 17, 2007) - Standing in second place after the first day of competition, the ETSU men's track and field team engineered a day-two comeback to claim the team title for the second straight year at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships, Saturday in Memorial Center. The Bucs tallied 127 points on the weekend, and bagged a total of 13 medals, including three individual first-place finishes. It marked the first time in school history the men's team won back-to-back indoor titles. The women's track and field team finished in second place with a total of 81 points, while Jacksonville topped the standings with 150 points. The women earned a total of eight medals, including one individual first-place finish....
