JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 14, 2005) - The ETSU men's tennis team is at the University of South Carolina this weekend competing in a fall tournament.  

Felix Insaurralde (Asuncion, Paraguay) defeated Babenko Dimitri of USC, 6-2, 6-2.  Juan Crusa (Asuncion, Paraguay) defeated Viena Henrique of ECU, 6-0, 6-4.  Lisandro Picardo (Mar Del Plata, Argentina) lost to Jason Rice 6-3, 7-6 (3).  Sebastian Serrano (Cartagena, Columbia) defeated Brian Walter of ECU, 6-7, 6-3, 7-6.  Enrique Olivares (Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela) defeated Leonardo Gomes of North Florida, 6-3, 6-2.  Daniel Escobedo (Zocatecas, Mexico) defeated Mike Catalono of ECU, 6-1, 6-1.  Matt Stanley (Johnson City, Tenn.) Jason Calloo of Benedict, 6-0, 6-1. 

In doubles, Posada/Crosa defeated Chaves/Moreira, 8-5.  Insaurralde/Picardo defeated Harden/Shine, 8-2 before falling to Sigal/Terrara, 8-5.  Escobedo/Serrano defeated Constantino/Lombardo, 8-2.
