JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (October 21, 2005)  - The ETSU men's tennis team continued action at the  ITA Region II Indoor Championships at the University of North Carolina on Friday.

In singles play, Felix Insaurralde (Asuncion, Paraguay) defeated Liron Strauss of Wake Forest, 6-3, 6-2, to advance to the next round where he fell to Peter Robrigues of Duke, 6-3, 6-0.    

Oscar Posada (Valencia, Venezuela) lost to Stephen Ward of William and Mary, 6-3, 6-2. 

Juan Crosa (Asuncion, Paraguay) lost to Brad Pomero of UNC, 6-2, 6-4.  Lisandro Picardo (Mar Del Plata, Argentina) lost to Ytai Abougzir of FSU, 6-3, 6-4.

In doubles, Crosa/Posada lost to Darrin Cohen and Rylan Rizza of UVA, 8-4.
