ETSU Men's Soccer earns 1-1 draw against Wofford in exhibition

SPARTANBURG, S.C. (Aug. 21, 2010) - The ETSU men's soccer team picked up a 1-1 draw in an exhibition match against Wofford on a wet Saturday night at Snyder Field in Spartanburg, S.C.
 
The two teams played three 30 minute periods, with the match remaining scoreless after the first period.
 
In the second period, the Terriers went in front 1-0 after an ETSU own goal. The Bucs tied the contest at 1-all in the third period as David Haba (Germantown, Tenn.) scored the lone ETSU goal of the exhibition.
 
The Buccaneers outshot Wofford 15-4 in the contest, while having the advantage in corners, 6-3. Ronnie Rhea (Asheville, N.C.) had the lone save on the night for ETSU.
