ETSU men's soccer to host Jacksonville

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (Oct. 4, 2008) - The ETSU men's soccer team will look to win its first ever conference match as the Bucs host Jacksonville Sunday at 1 p.m. at Summers-Taylor Stadium.

 

The Bucs (4-4, 0-1 A-Sun) enter the match coming off of a heartbreaking 2-1 double overtime loss to North Florida in the school's first ever conference match. ETSU is led by freshman Sean Hoek (Newburgh, Ind.) who has a team leading three game-winning goals.

 

The Dolphins (4-6, 1-0 A-Sun) ended its two-game losing streak defeating USC Upstate Friday on the road 3-2. Jacksonville is led by sophomore Wesley Lartey who has three goals on the season including one game-winning goal.
